Day 19/90

I admit I admit. Im not perfect. Hell Im not near perfect. And today I almost did not blog. But then minna's words of encouragement came to me, along with her super easy recipe. What you have here today choons, is short and sweet, and really, really hard to beat. I know I should apply for the poetry awards, classic stuff I write. Yes. 


What you need: 

One big aubergine/three small aubergines 

Here is what the marinade is made of (approximately, where all the approximations might be really wrong, so just do your own thing according to your taste, this is basically what goes in) 

4 to 5 cloves of garlic 
A teaspoon of crushed rosemary
Olive oil 
Salt to taste 
A teaspoon of oregano 
Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder  

The process: 

1. Chop up the aubergine(s) into rounds, and add all the marinade ingredients. Ah those lovely little spices! Make sure you do this on the oven dish straight to save dhissshes. 

2. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes. 

3. Take it out of the oven. 

4. Eat it, and give some to your dog.
