Day 57/90

So today I did something really scary, I stood on a weighing machine. And yes, because of incessant sweet eating, I have put on a ton of weight. Enough now. Only healthy food. Yes. For the rest of the 34 days, no more sweet. Bah. 


Ok, so Im on a new health trip, so I made some amazing spinach today. Seriously tasted good. So this is what I shall put on the blog. :)

SPINACH THE HEALTHY WAY WITH GARLIC AND INTERESTING SEEDS 


Here is what you need: 


Half a kilo of spinach, chopped up



































A handful of sesame or musk melon seeds, lightly toasted 































Salt, to taste 
Garlic, around ten cloves, crushed







































Two tablespoons of sesame oil
A bit of sugar 
A teaspoon of soy sauce  


What to do: 


1. Add sesame oil to a wok, and let it heat up. Once its heated up, add the crushed garlic. 
































2. Once the garlic is browned, add the spinach. It will slowly become less in quantity. 




























































































3. Add some sugar and soy sauce. 










































4. Add some soy sauce and salt at this stage, when its almost done. 






5. Put the spinach on a plate, and add the toasted seeds on top. Eat eat and eat some more. :)

  1. It tasted creamy. Are you sure it was healthy and that you didn't surreptitiously mix in some cream?
