Day 59/90

Anyway, so I had a solitary pineapple in my fridge, and my mother said, "make a pineapple upside down cake you!" So I said fine, but I couldnt find an easy enough recipe, so I made pineapple crumble instead. And I really dont regret that choice I made. So here goes..

A VERY CRUMBLED PINEAPPLE  


What you need: 


For the base 


One pineapple, chopped up in small pieces
(look at it once before you chop it up, rather lovely) 


























A cup of white sugar


For the top 


75 grams of brown sugar 
A pinch of salt 
100 grams of flour 
100 grams of butter 


What to do: 


1. Add the chopped pineapple and a cup of white sugar to a glass dish. Basically the dish youre going to put in the oven. 
































2. Then, add all the ingredients for the top, the butter, brown sugar, salt and flour to a mixie. Blitz it for around two to three minutes, till it becomes the way you like it. 
































3. Add this paste like thing to the top of your baking dish, and bake for around fifteen minutes. 
































4. Once its done, you will know that it is once its brown on top, attack!
